Joint Resolution issued by both the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security and the Ministry of Justice, Security and Human Rights No 1265/2014 -2164/2014 has updated the rate amount for the ratification of employment agreements with the Mandatory Employment Conciliation Service – Seclo- as well as the amount of conciliator fees. The increase is enforceable 2ndDecember of the present year.
Therefore, the rate amount for ratification of agreements is ARS 600 (six hundred pesos] per employee involved in the agreement.
In furtherance, the basic fee of conciliators amounts to ARS 150 (one hundred and fifty pesos) per service. If a conciliation agreement is reached and homologated, such fees shall amount to ARS 1500 (one thousand five hundred pesos), which shall be paid by the employer or required as such
